2012 is welcomed in with a stunning sounding piece of kit from Moog, they have finally made the sounds of the legendary Taurus bass synth in mini format.

It has two VCOs, the amazing Moog filter we all know and love, midi, CV and USB midi capabilities. Judging by the introducing video this looks like a perfect bass synth for electronic music, the Dubstep lows and techno nastiness sounds outstanding.

The launch date is set for Spring 2012 with a $679/£499 price tag which makes it a very affordable and essential bit of kit. Already have one on pre-order!
